DNA复制的调控与肿瘤细胞增殖的研究进展

摘要 DNA的复制、细胞增殖调控问题是当前分子生物学研究的热点之一,主要包括两个方面的内容:其一研究细胞是怎样启动和完成有关DNA的复制和细胞增殖的;其二研究细胞异常增殖时MCM蛋白的表达可作为肿瘤细胞发生的标记物.初步揭示细胞增殖调控是十分复杂而微妙的过程,细胞内外多种蛋白参与了这一过程.本文就此方面的研究,综述细胞增殖与肿瘤发生的关系.
