应用激子动力学方法描述扫描隧道显微镜中(STM)电子运动的动力学行为时,解量子统计力学中的随机刘维尔方程(SLE)是一个很重要的工作。本文为具有N吸附子STM系统的随机刘维尔方程(SLE)提供了一种有用的解法,使N吸附子STM系统隧道电流与探针空间位置之间关系不仅结构简单,而且具有广泛的适用性。
By applying the method of the exciton dynamics theory to describe the dynamical behaviors of electrons in the scanning tunneling microscopy(STM),the stochastic Liouville equation can be solved.It proposes a useful method for solving the stochastic Liouville equation of N-absorbates STM system.It presents a relationship between the tunneling current of N-absorbates STM system and the position of the tip.
