摘要
目的探讨内耳内听道及面神经的磁共振成像技术及临床应用。方法45例耳部MR检查正常者采用三维稳态结构相干序列(3D-constructive inference in the steady state,3D-CISS)和采用快速自旋回波序列(turbo-spin echo,TSE)作颞骨容积扫描,之后行最大信号强度投影(MIP)技术处理,进行图像对比。结果3D-CISS对螺旋板、前庭阶、鼓阶、椭圆囊、球囊的显示对比TSE具有显著性意义。结论3D-CISS对内耳内听道细微结构的显示优于TSE。
Objective: To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique and dinieal application in facial nerves, inner ear and internal auditory cannal. Methods: 45 cases with normal MR images of ears were scanned by 3D- constructive inference in the steady state (3D- CISS) and turbo- spin echo (TSE)and the in,age qualities were compared. Results. The difference of detection rates was statistically significant for saccule, vestibular crest, utricle, scala vestibule, scala tympani and spiral lamina. Conclusion: 3D- CISS is better than TSE for detecting the anatomical structures of internal auditory and labyrinth.
