摘要
建立了辊状印刷机两滚筒接触区油墨压力的抛物线分布函数,利用一维渗流方程的解析解导出了辊状印刷机两滚筒接触区油墨压力呈抛物线分布时,油墨在纸张中的渗透深度随印压和印刷速度(印压时间)的变化方程,使压力的拟合具有更高的近似,从而提高了油墨渗透深度公式自身的精度。
The parabolic distribution function of ink pressure between two contact printing milers was established miler printer during printing. By using the distribution function, the permeating depth formula of printing ink was derived from the flow fluid equations in porous papers, which vary with the printing pressure and printing velocity. This method made the distribution of ink pressure be much more approaching the practical distribution of ink pressure between two contact printing milers, and enhanced calculating preeislon of permeating depth of printing ink in porous papers.
