摘要
研究了紫外光分光光度法测定食品包装纸用色素虎杖黄酮含量的方法,以芦丁为参照品,测量波长为359nm,平均回收率为99.96%,精密度为1.34%,说明紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。
Total tlavonoid content in Polygonum Cusdidotum Steb. et Zucc for food package dying was determined by UV Spectrophotometry. The contrast sample of UV Spectrophotometry was turin and the analyzed wavelength was 359 nm, the average recovery is 99.96 % and RSD is 1.34 %. By the results, it was found that UV Spectrophotometry is a good method for detection of total tlavonoid content in Polygonum Cusdidotum Steb. et Zucc.
