生长抑素及其受体在视网膜发育过程中的表达和意义

The expression and role of somatostatin and its receptors in the developing retina

摘要 本文总结了生长抑素(SR IF)及其受体在哺乳动物视网膜发育过程中的表达特性及它们对视网膜发育的特殊作用。SR IF在视网膜中的表达以出现早、瞬间表达及在开眼的时候表现成熟时状态为特征。SR The possible role of somatostatin (SRIF) and its receptors in mammalian retinal maturation is reviewed in the present paper. SRIF is characterized by early appearance, transient features and achievement of mature pattern at the time of eye opening. SRIF has an important role in the development of the retina and of retinofugal projections.
