摘要
建立了输电网中长期规划的功率线性法模型,该模型以输电网建设费用最省为目标函数;提出了线路检修或故障时增强型电力网的设计方法,给出了孤立节点接入电网的途径,并以计算实例说明了该方法的功能和实用性。
The new model of the power linear program is proposed for the transmission network expansion planning.The minimum investment cost of the transmission network is considered as the objective function.A reinforcing power network design method is presented for a repaired or broken line.The approach connecting the isolated nodes to the electric net- work is described.It has been shown functionally and practically that the method is applica- ble to the cases.
