16层螺旋CT后处理技术在骨肿瘤诊断中的价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价16层螺旋CT后处理技术在骨肿瘤影像诊断中的应用价值。方法42例骨肿瘤患者行16层螺旋CT容积扫描后,做多平面重建(MPR)、最大强度投影(MIP)、表面遮盖(SSD)、容积漫游(VRT)4种后处理。结果每一种重建图像均显示骨肿瘤。其中MPR准确显示了肿瘤骨的骨破坏、骨膜的改变、骨破坏的范围及肿瘤对周围软组织的侵犯情况;MIP及SSD和VRT能立体显示骨改变;SSD和VRT在增强的基础上可以显示肿瘤的供血动脉、静脉和肿瘤血管。4种后处理图像结合横断层面图像能从不同方向准确显示肿瘤骨的骨破坏、骨膜反应类型、肿瘤的范围及肿瘤对周围组织的侵犯。结论16层螺旋CT后处理技术可以全面、准确地显示骨肿瘤,结合横断面图像,可对骨肿瘤作出准确的影像诊断。 Objective To evaluate value of reconstruction techniques posterior to 16-slice CT imaging in diagnosing bone tumor. Methods Reconstruction techniques were used after 16-slice CT imaging had been completed for 42 patients with bone tumors. The techniques inclued MPR, MIP, SSD and VRT. Results All reconstructed images showed bone tumor. MPR accurately displayed bony damage, changes in perorsteum, scope of bony damage and tumor invasion to surrounding soft tissues; MIP and SSD and VRT displayed changes in bone stereographically; SSD and VRT, on basis of enhancement, displayed supplying arteries, veins and neoplastic blood vessels. The above four techniques combined with cross-section images were able to display bony damage, type of periosteal reaction, scope of tumor and invasion of tumor to surrounding tissues along different axes. Conclusion Post-imaging processing technique is able to accurately display bone tumors in combination with cross-section images.
