吡柔比星联合顺铂在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌新辅助化疗的应用(附32例报告)

摘要 目的探讨以吡柔比星为主的联合化疗在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌新辅助化疗的临床应用。方法32例患者于术前应用吡柔比星及顺铂化疗方案联合化疗2个周期,观察其疗效及毒副反应。结果全组总有效率为50%,毒副反应以骨髓抑制为主。结论以吡柔比星及顺铂为主联合化疗用于III期非小细胞肺癌的新辅助化疗,疗效满意且毒副反应轻,有利于下一步手术治疗。
