黄河流域水土保持减沙计算方法存在问题及改进途径探讨 被引量:5

摘要 水文法和水保法是分析计算流域治理减水减沙效益常用的两种方法,但都存在一些问题。水文法计算的基础是用雨沙资料建立的产沙模型,该模型很难准确地反映降雨产沙的自然规律;水保法计算的基础是制定的水土保持措施减沙定额,很难完全符合客观实际。本文从不同途径提出了三种经过改进的计算方法,即小流域天然产沙量对比法、坡面综合措施减沙系数法和最大可能产沙量法。试算结果表明,在具有必要的前提条件下,应用这三种方法分析计算流域治理的减沙效益,都可以使计算精度有较大幅度的提高。 Hydrologic method and soil conservation method are two usual methods for calculating sediment and runoff reduction benefit brought by watershed management,but both have some problems.The hydrologic method relies on sediment yield model on the basis of rainfall and sediment data which can not exactly reflect the natural rule of rainfall-sediment.The soil conservation method relies on sediment reduction quota by soil conservation measures which can not entirely con fort to actual situation.The paper put forward three improved method:contrast method of natural sediment yield in small watershed,sediment reduction index method by surface integral measures and largest possible sediment yield method.Trail calculation result indicated that under the condition of essential prerequisite,the calculating accuracy of the sediment reduction benefits of watershed management by using the three methods would be greatly increased.
