摘要
神经病理性疼痛是神经系统损伤引起的一种慢性疼痛,其机制涉及异位放电、交感- 感觉耦联、解剖重构、NMDA受体和P2X受体等。药物治疗仍然是目前主要的治疗办法。虽然基因治疗已经在动物试验中取得了许多进展,但距离临床应用还有很大的距离。本文就神经病理性疼痛的机制和治疗进展进行综述,旨在为神经病理性疼痛的临床治疗提供参考。
Neuropathic pain is defined as a chronic pain initiated or caused by the lesion of the nervous system. It＇s mechanism involves ectopic discharge, sympathetic-sensory coupling, anatomical remodeling, NMDA receptor and P2X receptor. Pharmacological treatment is currently the key approach to manage it. Although much advance on gene therapy of neuropathic pain has been obtained in animal studies ,there is a long way to apply it in clinical practice. This review briefly describes the recent advances on mechanism and management of neuropathic pain, so as to provide information about its clinical therapy.
