摘要
目的:综合分析补充谷氨酰胺与提高运动能力及预防运动引起的免疫抑制的关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1995-01/2005-04有关谷氨酰胺与运动能力及免疫抑制关系的文章,检索词“glutaminesupplementation,immunesystem,exercise”,限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊网1997-01/2005-04有关谷氨酰胺与运动能力及免疫抑制关系的文章,检索词“谷氨酰胺,免疫系统,体育运动”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对检索到的补充谷氨酰胺与提高运动能力及预防运动引起的免疫抑制方面的相关信息进行整理,选取针对性强的文章。同一领域的文献则选择近期发表或权威杂志的文章。资料提炼:共检索到41篇相关文献,其中14篇文章符合要求。排除27篇,其中24篇系重复同一研究,3篇为Meta分析。资料综合:谷氨酰胺具有许多重要的生理功能。不同强度持续运动对血浆谷氨酰胺浓度以及伴随的免疫系统有不同的影响作用,而谷氨酰胺浓度的变化也会影响机体的免疫功能和运动能力。在补充氨酰胺以提高运动能力和预防免疫抑制方面,有研究者做了大量研究,为我们的运动训练提供了有力的理论支持。结论:谷氨酰胺对于降低免疫抑制、提高运动能力、延迟疲劳具有重要作用,补充谷氨酰胺为提高运动能力和预防运动引起的免疫抑制提供了可能,但其具体作用途径有待于进一步探索。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the relation between glutamine supplements and improvement of sports ability as well as prevention of caused by exercise.
DATA SOURCES : A computer-based online search of Medline database was conducted to identify the articles published in English from January 1995 to April 2005 with the keywords of "glutamine supplementation, immune system, exercise". Meanwhile, Chinese articles were identified from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) published between January 1997 and April 2005 with the same keywords in Chinese.
STUDY SELECTION: Articles about glutamine supplements and improvement of sports ability as well as prevention of immunosuppression caused by exercise were selected primarily, in which the typical literatures were chosen. We selected the articles published lately or in authorized journals in the same field.
DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 41 articles were found with 14 ones in accordance with the inclusive criteria. Among 27 excluded articles, there were 24 repetitive studies and 3 Meta analysis.
DATA SYNTHESIS: There are many important physiological functions of glutamine. Exercises with different intensities and lasting time can influence the concentration of glutamine, the changes of which can also influence the immune function and sports ability. That the supplements of glutamine can improve the sports ability and prevent the immunosuppression has been concerned by lots of scholars, which provide theoretical evidences for our exercise training.
CONCLUSION: Supplements of glutamine is an effective method to decrease immunosuppression, improve sports ability and delay fatigue, which also enable to improve sports ability and prevent the immunosuppression caused by exercise, but the concrete mechanism of action need further study.
