摘要
目的:回顾分析运动对骨组织代谢指标的影响以及运动疗法对骨质疏松等骨骼代谢异常类疾病的预防、治疗和康复作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1995-01/2004-12有关骨组织代谢指标以及运动对骨组织代谢、骨质疏松影响的文献,检索词为“Osteo-porosis,physicaltherapy,Bonemetabolism”,限定文章语言种类为Eng-lish;同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1995-01/2004-12有关骨组织代谢指标以及运动对骨组织代谢、骨质疏松影响的文献,检索词为“骨组织代谢,运动疗法,骨质疏松”,并限定文献语言种类为中文。资料选择:对检索到的骨组织代谢、骨质疏松以及运动对其影响的相关信息进行整理,选取针对性强的文献,筛除不相关和重复的文献,同一领域的文献则选择近期发表或权威杂志的文献。资料提炼:共检索到57篇相关文献,其中27篇文献符合要求,排除30篇。资料综合:骨组织代谢随年龄、功能状态、营养等因素的改变而发生变化,认识正常骨骼组织的代谢过程,并在此基础上进一步掌握骨骼的异常代谢、运动对骨和骨组织代谢的影响以及运动疗法对骨质疏松的影响,对于预防和治疗骨质疏松等骨骼代谢异常类疾病具有重要意义。结论:合理的运动对于骨组织代谢的生理生化指标有着积极的影响,适宜运动复合营养、药物可作为骨质疏松等骨骼代谢异常类疾病的预防、治疗和康复手段。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze retrospectively the effect of sport on metabolism index of bone tissue and the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cinesiateics on abnormal skeleton metabolism disease, such as: osteoporosis, etc.
DATA SOURCES: The Medline database was searched for articles on metabolism index of bone tissue with effect of sport on metabolism of bone tissue and osteoporosis published between January 1995 and December 2004 with the key words of "Osteoporosis, physical therapy,Bone metabolism" in English. Meanwhile, we also searched the China Journal Fun-text Database for literatures on bone metabolism index and effect of sport on metabolism of bone tissue and osteoporosis published from January 1995 to December 2004 with the same key words in Chinese.
STUDY SELECTION: Related retrieved papers on metabolism of bone tissue, osteoporosis and the effect of sport were arranged, and the high pointed articles were selected. Unrelated and repetitive articles were screened out, Literatures about the same circle published in the near future or on the authoritative journals were included.
DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 57 related articles were retrieved, in which 27 were accorded with the criteria, and 30 papers were excluded.
DATA SYNTHESIS: The metabolism of bone tissue changed with the change of age, functional status, nutrients and so on. It had important significance for preventing and treating abnormal skeleton metabolism disease, such as: osteoporosis that mastery of skeletal abnormal metabolism, effect of sport on bone and metabolism of bone tissue with effect of cinesiateics on osteoporosis.
CONCLUSION: Reasonable sport has positive effect on physiological biochemical index of metabolism of bone tissue. Suitable sport, complex nutrient and drag can be used as preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative maneuver for abnormal skeleton metabolism disease, such as osteoporosis, etc.
