细胞间缝隙连接通讯改变在神经系统疾病中的应用

摘要
细胞间缝隙连接通讯(gap junctional intercellular communication,GJIC)概念的提出已达40年,随着划痕标记染料示踪(scrape—loading and dye transfer,SLDT)技术和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜下荧光淬灭后恢复(fluorescence redistribution after photobleacing,FRAP)技术的创立,使得近10余年来各学科关于细胞间缝隙连接通讯的研究快速发展,业已成为生命科学的研究热点之一。
