摘要
普通铸造镁合金的力学性能、抗腐蚀性能及室温塑性都较差,至今它的应用仍受到限制。快速凝固能显著细化晶粒,大幅度提高综合性能,为镁合金的广泛应用提供了一种可行途径。本研究利用雾化技术将液流破碎成细小液滴,用双辊熔体旋铸法制备了AZ91镁合金薄带碎片,其微观组织细小,平均显微硬度比铸态的有很大提高。文中介绍了镁合金快速凝固薄带碎片的制备原理及工艺方法,分析了后续热处理对快速凝固薄带碎片微观组织的影响。
Applications of magnesium alloys are limited because of their poor mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and workability. The microstructure can be refined obviously by rapid solidification, and the mechanical properties of traditional structural material can be highly improved, so it is possible to supply a feasible way for extensive application of magnesium alloy. In the present study, the AZ91 magnesium alloy strip chip is prepared by twin-roll rapid solidification technique, it is find that the microstructure is fine; the average microhardness is higher than that of the traditional cast alloy. In this paper, the preparation principle and the processing of magnesium alloy ribbon chip is introduced, the effect of subsequent heat treating of rapid solidification strip chip on the microstructure is analyzed.
