阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的诊治与医疗保险政策 被引量：8

摘要 睡眠呼吸医学是临床睡眠医学的重要组成部分，经过近30年的发展，已成为呼吸病学的一个重要分支。国内外的经验表明，作为一门新兴的边缘交叉学科，其发展速度的快慢在很大程度上取决于医疗保险政策是否报销患者的诊疗费用。这已经成为目前制约我国睡眠呼吸医学进一步发展的重要因素之一。下面将结合美国的相关政策及北京市在争取多导睡眠图（PSG）睡眠呼吸监测纳入医疗保险范围过程中的经验，探讨我们争取国家医疗保险机构对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）诊疗支持应采取的对策，并为国内制定操作性较强的相关政策提供参考。
