摘要
本文提出的弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮切齿调整计算新方法,取与大轮齿面对应的任一点为小轮切齿调整计算基准点,使计算基准与接触区中心一致,消除了 Gleason 公司8种计算方法中的原理误差,可以缩短切齿调整时间和提高齿轮啮合质量。
New methods of machine-setting-calculation for manufacturing spiral bevel and hypoid gears are developed to keep coincidence of tooth contact pattern center and calculation reference point by choosing an arbi- trary point on tooth surface of member gear as a reference point for pinion generating.They eliminate the theoretical calculation error in the eight main methods published by Gleason Works,reduce the time spent on machine- setting and enhance the quality of the pinion-and-gear meshing.
