摘要
对现有凸轮进行反求研究,用最小二乘法对所得测量数据进行凸轮廓线的多项式拟合。对轮廓展开线分段进行曲线拟合建立其数学方程,并对其进行运动学和动力学分析,利用MATLAB软件简化了该设计过程。
By reverse study of existing cam, perform cam contour graph polynominal fitting with the data having been measured, applying the least-square method. According to MATLAB procedure establish the math-equation for each subsection of the cam contour developed and carry out kinematics and dynamics analysis which shows that MATLAB software simplifies the design process.
