摘要
汾河水库水及淤泥下的大型岩塞爆破工程在国内外尚属首例。在吸取国内外已进行的水下岩塞爆破工程的成功经验的基础上,进行了细致的测量勘探工作。通过对现场模拟试验、水工模型试验等资料的科学分析,进行了岩塞爆破的多方案比选,确定了洞室加排孔的岩塞爆破方案,布置了药室及预裂孔、扩大孔和渠底孔.总装药量为2908.64kg,最大一响药量为1291kg,爆破岩塞总方量为1743.5m3;采用并串并爆破网路.首次在岩塞爆破中推广使用了水胶炸药,采用泄渣方案,并不设缓冲坑,同时,对干容量较低的水中填土均质坝及进水塔等建筑物进行了安全校核。
The large rock plug blasting below water and sedimentation in tunnel project of Fenghe reservoir is the first time in the domestic and abroad. Absorbing the successful experience of under-water rock plug blasting engineer ings which have been conducted in the domestic and abroad, the careful survey and measurment work have been conducted. Based on the scientific analysis of redsults from the simulation test and hydraulic model test and the comparative selection of various rock plug blasting alternatives, the final decision of chamber with releasing holes has been made. The explosive room, presplit hole, enlarge hole and under canal hole have been arranged. The total explosive charge is 2908. 64 kg and the maximum explosive charge in one place is 1292 kg. The total volume of rock plug to be blasted will be 1743. 5m3. The blasting interconnection network was adopted and slurry explosive was used firstly in the rock plug blasting. The debris releasing and no buffer pit was adopted. In the meanwhile, the safety check was conducted for the hydraulic fill homogeneous dam with low dry density and intake tower.
