摘要
建立了测定壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO)初级生物降解度的卟啉法,快速、简便、不需萃取,对各质量浓度的NP10EO平均回收率为96%~101%,相对标准偏差〈3%。振荡培养模拟好氧生物降解环境,以卟啉法测定NP5-20EO的初级生物降解度,结果表明:2d都达98%,NP5EO、NP20EO降解速率最快,NP10E0、NP18EO次之,NP15EO最慢;长EO链NPEO降解2d后,降解度先下降再升高表明,降解过程中生成了中等EO链长的NPEO。ESI—MS测定了降解中间体的相对分子质量,推断了NPEO的3种可能降解途径,EO链ω,β-氧化并伴随EO链断裂的途径为主要途径。紫外线法测定了NPEO中苯环的降解,结果表明,苯环10d内难以降解,短EO链NPEO在环境中积聚。
A fast and simple porphyrin method for determination of primary biodegradabilities of nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEO) was established, and the method did not require extraction. Average recovery of NP10EO mass concentrations was between 96% - 101%, and relative standard deviation was less than 3%. Aerobic biodegradation of NPEO was tested in shaking flask. Primary biodegradabilities of NP5-20 EO were determined using the porphyrin method, and all primary biodegradabilities reached 98% in 2 days. Degradation of NPsEO and NP20EO was the fastest, followed by NP10EO,NP15EO and NP15EO. Biodegradabilities of long-EO-chain NPEO decreased again after 2 days,indicating that medium-EO-chain NPEO was produced during biodegradation, Molecular weights of the degradation intermediates of NPEO were determined using ESI - MS, inferring that ω ,β-oxidation of EO-chain with EO cleavage was the major pathway of three possible degradation pathways. Results of UV absorbance of benzene ring of NPEO indicated that benzene ring was difficult to be degraded in 10 days and short-chain NPEO would accumulate in the environment.
