摘要
当今非关税壁垒隐蔽性越来越强,且花样不断翻新,如何完善非关税措施量化公式并提出适用多种非关税措施的量化方法非常必要。因此,本文对现阶段各国在非关税保护措施量化中存在的问题进行了客观分析,并提出了改进新思路。
Nowadays non--tariff barriers are being imposed on toreign trade more changeably, trequently and discreetly. It is of vital importance how to perfect the non--tariff measuring formula and to put forward appropriate measuring methods. Based on the analysis of the current problems in the measurement of the non--tariff measures, the paper suggests new ways.
