摘要
研究了氯化钾(KCl,化肥)、硫酸钾(K_2SO_4,试剂)、磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4,化肥)、磷酸氢二钾(K_2HPO_4试剂)培养螺旋藻的效果。结果表明:KH_2PO_4可以代替 K_2HPO_4;KCl 与K_2SO_4效果相近;适量 KCl 与氯化钠(NaCl)配合均有一定效果,从产量和成本考虑,0.5~1.5g/LKCl 与0.5~1,0g/LNaCl 配合效果较好。营养分析表明藻粉质量良好,可在饲料、食品、医药等方面应用。
The effect of culturing Spirulina with KCl (agrifertilizer) ,K_2SO_4 (chem.agent),KH_2PO_4(agri.f) and K_2HPO_4(ehem.agent) was studied.The resul- ts showed that K_2HPO_4 could be replaced by KH_2PO_4 and KCl had about the same effect as K_2SO_4.It was also effective to some extent using proper dose of KCI in combination with NaCl.Therefore,in terms of output and cost,a combi- nation of 0.5/1.Sg/L KCI with 0.5~1.0g/L NaCl seemed more preferable.Nutritive analysis showed that the quality of algae powder was good and it could be used in food,feed and medicines.
