施磷水平与VA菌根效应的关系 被引量:16

摘要 通过鹰嘴豆盆栽试验研究了施磷水平与菌根侵染及接种生物效应之间的关系,表明,不施磷肥处理的菌根侵染率最低,接种对宿主生长无影响;低中等施磷水平(2~4mg-P/100克土)显著促进菌根菌的侵染,改善宿主磷营养,增加植株生长量;而过高施磷量(8mg-P/100克土)抑制菌根菌的侵染,接种使宿主植株干物质量降低。 The relationship between the amount of phosphate applied and the effects of inoculation with VA-mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosse on phosphor nutrition as well as the growth of wirt plant was studied with chickpea in a P-deficient soil.The results showed that the lowest mycorrhizal infection rate appeared in the treatment of no P-application,At middle levels of P-application of the wirt plant was improved and then its growth was enhanced.However, high rate of P-application showed inhibitory effect on VAM infection and inocu- lation with VAM fungi depressed the shoot dry weight compaired with noninocu- lated plants at this P-supply level.
