摘要
电镜观察结果表明,玉米种子在萌发过程中糊粉层细胞蛋白体有明显的结构变化。本实验所采用两个品种的蛋白体消融方式不同。高赖氨酸玉米中,蛋白体的消融以多点式进行,而在普通玉米中,表现为蛋白基质均一的撤退,并伴有蛋白体膜和球状亚单位膜的较早消失。
Electron-microscopic studies indicate that the protein bodies of the aleurone Cells of maize(Zea mays L.)had marked structural Changes duri- ng seed germination.The degradation of protein bodies was somewhat different with the species of maize used in this experiment.In high-lysine corn,the degra- dation of protein bodies began at many locations whereas in Common species, homogeneous degradation occured with earlier disappearance of limiting membrane of both protein bodies and their globular units.
