Prevention and Treatment for Cancer-Associated Thrombosis

摘要 恶性肿瘤患者易并发血栓栓塞,血栓的发生将影响肿瘤患者的生活质量和生存期。全文就癌性血栓的发生机制、癌症和血栓的关系、癌性血栓的防治及抗凝药物的抗肿瘤作用等问题做一综述。 Patients with cancer are likely to have thrombosis. The happened thrombosis will impact the patient＇s quality of life and survival. This paper reviews the pathogenetic mechanism of the thrombosis related to cancer, association between cancer and thrombosis, prevention and treatment of thrombosis and the antineoplastic effect of anticoagulants, and so on.
