摘要
本文对ＡＦ合并Ｒ－Ｒ间期＞１．５ｓ的４８例，６１例次以不同方式转复为窦律后，正常房室传导４２例次，占６８．８％；Ⅰ度Ａ－ＶＢ１９例次，占３１．２％，无１例Ⅱ度Ａ－ＶＢ。表明ＡＦ合并Ⅱ度Ａ－ＶＢ的诊断并不十分可靠。这对临床治疗有一定的意义。

It sugggestedthat the above diagnosis was not necessarily reliable.It might have certain significance forclinical treatment.
