摘要
基于Nd:GdV04的能级结构和速率方程,对激光二极管抽运的Nd:GdVO4固体激光器的输入输出特性进行了理论研究。通过数值计算了泵浦光斑和振荡光斑大小对输出功率和振荡阈值功率的影响,并与Nd:YVO4和Nd:YAG晶体进行了比较。理论上计算了Nd:GdVO4/KBe2Be3F2(KBBF)的相位匹配特性,并与CsLiB6O10(CLBO)和β-BaB2Ο4(BBO)进行了比较。所得结果对该类器件参数优化具有参考价值。
Abstract: Based on the rate equation of four-level system and nmnerical sir inflation, the phase- matching characteristic of laser- diode- pumped Nd:GdVO4/KBeO3F2(KBBF) solid - state laser has been studied. Especially, the influences of pumping and oscillating spot size to output power and laser threshold with different gain medium are deduced. Compared to CsLiB6Oi0 (CLBO) and β - BaB2O4(BBO) , the phase - matching characteristic of the nonlinear optical crystal KBBF are carried out through nmnerical simulation. It is useful to optimize and select the parameters of such systems.
