摘要
从固体废弃物的处理方式入手,比较了各种处理方式的优缺点,针对日益恶化的环境提出了焚烧是固体废弃物减量化、资源化、无害化的最有效途径。对焚烧产生的废气,探讨了二(?)英类废气产生的原因和防治措施及国内外废气处理的现状和存在的问题,提出了今后焚烧废气处理对策。
Facing the increasing aggravation circumstances nearly all the administrative means for solid wsste in urban garbage have been investigated and compared,and cineration is regarded as the most effective means to solve the problem,It not only could reduce the waste but also could reuse the remnant burned as resources,The formation cause and the prevention and control of the dioxin in cinerator＇s tail gas have been discussed,and the status quo of the tail gas and its existed problems at home and abroad have also been expounded,The counter messure has been put forward by the author.
