摘要
通过对西部电网变压器用防护涂料的耐候性、耐磨性、耐盐雾性能的测试分析,研究了聚氨酯面漆的树脂、填料、助剂对涂料耐候性、耐磨性的影响,以及防锈底漆的树脂基料和PVC值对涂料耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响。
According to analysis of weatherability, anti-abrasion and fog-corrosion retardancy of the coating for special transformer used in the west electrical network, the effects of the resin type,filling and additive on climate-retardancy and anti-abrasion of PU top-paint and the one of the resin type of anti-rusty coating and PVC value on fog-corrosion retardancy of the paint are researched.
