摘要
线夹凹凸面折弯处圆角过小引起应力集中,是造成前大灯线央断裂的主要原因。加上电镀后未采取去氢脆处理、热处理温度不稳定超过上限值等原因,致使前大灯线夹在安装和维修保养时从3．5 mm开口处张开造成断裂。
The stress concentration caused by the too-small fillet at the area where the male-andfemale face of the terminal holder bends is the main reason breaking the headlamp terminal holder. What＇ s more, the following factors, such as, no hydrogen brittleness treating after painted, the unstable temperature for heat treatment which surpasses the upper limit, etc. worsen the case.
