摘要
提出在培养基中添加一定浓度的动物或植物生长激素可促进光合细菌的生长。泼尼松、地塞米松、三十烷醇、α-萘乙酸的最适添加浓度分别为0.5 mg/L,1 mg/L,0.5 mg/L和0.5 mg/L。混和激素促生效果好于单一激素。指出在生产性培养中,添加某些激素促进光合细菌的生长是可行的。
Adding certain amount of animal hormone or plant hormone into the medium separately, the growth of photosynthetic bacteria can be promoted.The appropriate anaounts of CbIconin, dexamethasone, Tricontahol and α-Naphthaleneaceticacid are 0.5mg/L, 1mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 0.5mg/L, respectively, The mixed hormone is more effective than the single hormone. This indicates that mass cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria could be promoted by adding some hormones.
