肾癌并发腔静脉瘤栓根治术病人的麻醉处理

摘要 肾癌易侵入静脉形成静脉瘤栓，并向近心端延伸至腔静脉、右心房等处，多发生于右肾癌病人。肾癌并发腔静脉瘤栓行一次性根治术国内外报道较少，现将本院7例巨大右肾癌并发腔静脉瘤栓的病人麻醉处理总结如下。
