摘要
目的:探讨临床血糖测定的简便或准确的方法。方法:2005年7月至10月,对我科42例糖尿病患者,分别采用生化法、静脉法、末梢法进行对比检测。结果:三组组间比较P值均>0.05。结论:生化法、静脉法及末梢法3种方法所测结果无差异,但末梢法具有简便、快捷的优点值得推广。
Purpose ： Discuss the simple or exact method for glucose detection in clinic . Method ： During July to December in 2005 . For 42 case diabetes Patient in our department , individually applied biochemical , venous and terminal method to have contrast detection . Result ： Three groups comparative P value 〉 0.05 . Conclusion ： Biochemical , venous, and terminal method , with these three groups , the detected result had no difference , but terminal method has simple and rapid advantage , worth to recommend .
