稻壳膨化粉栽培金针菇试验 被引量:7

摘要 膨化谷壳粉是一种优质的新型食用菌培养料。试验表明,用膨化谷壳和棉籽壳按1:2~1:1的比例混合栽培金针菇,鲜菇生物学效率可达110%左右,棉籽壳为主料的BE%为80%左右,但混合杂木屑以后子实体产量很低、质量较差,不宜用杂木屑或纯膨化谷壳粉进行金针菇的商业栽培。 The expanded rice husk powder was a new type of high - quality nourishing midium for Edible Mushrooms. Results showed that the biological efficiency(B. E. ) of the fresh fruitbody was 110 % with the mixture of the expanded rice hull powder and cotton seed hulls in the ratio of 1: 2 ~ 1: 1 to culture Flammulina Velutipes, while the B. E. was 80 % with cotton seed hulls as its main material. But only low - yield of poor quality fruitbody was obtained with the addition of sawdust to the medium. The sawdust or the expanded rice husk powder alone should not be used in commercial cultivation Flammulina velutipes.
