摘要
用脲醛树脂胶粘剂制成的刨花板含有对人体有害的游离甲醛,严重影响刨花板的使用及其发展。为寻找降低游离甲醛含量的途径,本文就热压工艺对刨花板游离甲醛含量的影响进行了初步探讨,结果表明,在板坯含水率为9%~15%,热压温度在140~200℃,热压时间在4~8min的常规范围内,刨花板游离甲醛含量随着板坯含水率增加或热压温度升高或热压时间延长会明显降低。
Free-formaldehyde iscontained in particle board bonded with urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive.It is harmful to human health which adversely influences the usage and development of the board. Therefore it is important to explore possible methods for reducing the free-formaldehyde content.In this study a tentative investigation was conducted into the effect of pressing conditions on the free-formaldehyde content of particleboard.The results indicated that in regular pressing conditions the free-formaldehyde content was obviously reduced by increasing the moisture content by 9%~15%,raising the pressing temperature to 140~200℃, or prolonging the pressing time to 4~8min
