办好一所大学,构建和谐校园,要正确处理和兼顾教师、学生、管理者和教辅人员之间的人际关系、利益关系,既要重视教师队伍的建设,又要加强管理干部的培养,还要发挥教辅人员的作用。做到尊重知识,尊重人才,尊重劳动,尊重创造。
