摘要
加强企业民主管理制度建设,不仅有利于保障企业职工的民主权利、促进企业的发展,同时对推进社会主义民主政治建设具有十分重要的意义。安阳市大力推进企业民主管理制度建设,并取得显著成效。但从目前的现状来看还存在很多问题,需要通过多种途径和形式,进一步加强和完善。
Strengthening a system construction of democratic management in enterprises is beneficial to protecting the workers and staff members＇ democratic rights, promoting enterprises＇ development simultaneously. It has a prominent meaning of putting socialist democratic and political construction. Anyang city is pushing systematic construction of democratic management in enterprises and has got an outstanding result. At present, there are some problems that need to strengthen and perfect through various ways and forms.
