摘要
1988年对8年生油松(Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.)实生苗进行了顶端结构的解剖观察和研究,应用组织化学技术确定了油松雌雄球花形态发端期,并通过物侯观测,掌握了发端期的物侯特征。有开花历史的油松植株,其腋芽原基的分化时间为6月19日至8月23日。雄球花的形态可辨期为8月3日,形态发端期为7月9日,生理发端期为6月25日;雌球花的形态可辨期为9月30日,形态发端期为9月7日,生理发端期为8月24日。
The anatomical structure of the stem apex of 8-year-old seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.were investigated in 1988.The initiation periods of male and female cones were determined by using histochemical techniques which indicated the corresponding phenological changes of the pine shoots.For the plants which bore cones in the year before the differentiation of auxiliary primodia began on June 19 and ended on August 23.The male and female cone primodia became morphologically distinguishable on August 13 and September 30,respectively.For male and female cones,the morphological initiation periods were July 9 and September 7,and the physiological initiation periods were June 25 and August 24,respectively.The cone initiation periods were affected by weather conditions.
