摘要
运用解剖学常规的实验方法和一些生化实验手段,连续两年对油松种子(胚珠)在发育后期,中途败育的问题进行了观察和研究。尽管问题的成因是复杂的,实验中发现种子的败育与胚乳内贮存物质的组成及一些生化指标直接相关。因此推测营养物质的减少及代谢活动障碍可能是造成种子败育的主要原因。
Using a combination of anatomical and biochemical methods,the occurrence of ovule (seed) abortion during later stages of development in Pinus tabulaeformis has been investigated for two years.Even though the causes are variable and complex,the present experiments indicate that ovule abortion has a direct bearing on the component of endosperm (female gametophyte)and some biochemical targets.It is suggested that the reduction of nutrition in endosperm and metabolic block are probably the main reasons which cause ovule abortion
