摘要
采用小鼠传代与体外4°C冰箱保存相结合的方法,对弓形虫虫株进行保种,转种成功率达100%,为虫株的保存提供了又一种简便可靠的方法。
Preservation of Toxoplasma gondii strains by using mouse spreads the generation and preservation in the refrigeratory at 4 ℃, success rate is 100%. It provides another simple and reliable method of preserving Toxoplasma gondii strains long.
