摘要
网络银行以其独特的优势，赢得广大客户和商业银行的青睐。近年来，网络银行在我国迅猛发展，但是网络银行的发展不可避免要带来一定风险。监管部门应该看到这一点，采取相应措施加以防范和化解。建立健全我国的网络银行监管制度，有效途径是借鉴国外网络银行监管经验。转变传统的银行组织框架和监管方式，同时积极培养适应网络银行发展要求的复合型人才。
With its special advantages, net bank have won commercial banks and their customers~ appreciations. Recently, the construction of net banks in China has got great progress. However, it inevitably carries risks to financial security. So, the supervisor must take effective measures to keep net banks away from the risks. To set up China＇s net bank supervising system, we can utilize western countries＇ experiences to transform our traditional frame work of banks and supervising ways. In additional, we should pay more attention to the train of human resource adapting to the requirements of net bank＇s development.
