摘要 [目的]了解军队离退休干部身心健康状况,采取有针对性的护理措施,提高其健康水平。[方法]用中国心身健康测定工具量表、生活满意度指数量表、社会支持自评量表进行问卷调查,所有资料采用SAS8.12统计完成。[结果]军队离退休干部身心健康状况优于中国人常模。存在的健康问题:心血管疾病占30.49%;眼和耳疾病占23.47%;骨骼肌肉系统疾病占14.65%;抑郁、精神疾病、焦虑发生率较低。心血管、眼和耳、呼吸系统疾病随年龄增大而增多,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。年龄与生活满意度有一定的关系,女性健康问题多于男性。[结论]军队离退休干部身心健康状况较好。 Objective: To know the status quo of physical and mental health of retired military officers and to take some corresponding nursing measures so as to promote their health level. Method: Retired military officers were investigated by filling out Chinese psychosomatic health scale, life satisfaction scale and .social support self - assessment scale. All data was statistically analyzed by adopting SAS 8.12. Result: The status quo of physical and mental health of retired military officers is better than that of norm of Chinese people. The major health problems of them include cardiovascular diseases accounted for 30.49 %, eye and ear illnesses accounted for 23.47 %, bone and muscular system disorders accounted for 14.65%. However, the incidences of depression, mental disorders and anxiety among them were lower. And the elder they got, the higher incidences of cardiovascular diseases, eye and orders they had. There were statistical ear illnesses, bone and muscular system dissignificant differences (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Their age was correlated to the life satisfaction degree of them to some extent. The health problems in female were more than that in male. Conclusion: The status quo of physical and mental health of retired military officers is relatively better.
