摘要
分析研究在市场经济环境下特别是在高校跨越式发展的新形势下,高等院校基本建设项目财务管理中存在的问题,论述了加强基本建设财务管理的紧迫性和重要性,探讨并提出解决问题的设想和方法。
This article analysis under the new situation of market economy, especially the universities expand the scales, the insufficiency and question of high schools＇ basic construction items , as well as the pressing and the importance of strengthening the capital construction financial control, then discusses and proposes the method of solving the problem.
