摘要
商洛农村剩余劳动力资源丰富,但群体素质不高。目前,实现商洛农村剩余劳动力的有效转移就业,关键是要各级政府各负其责,通过政策导向和市场化手段加强各类职业技能培训和农村中等职业技术教育,提高农民的素质和致富技能。
The resources of the surplus labour force in the countryside of Shangluo City are very rich, but their overall quality is not very high.At present,the most efficient way of helping them to move and seek for jobs is that the government at different level should do their duties,strengthen various occupational training skills and its medium education through the guidance of policy in order to miprove the farmer＇s quality and develope their skills of how to make fortune.
