摘要
从构建和谐社会和移民安置区持续发展等角度论述了我国水库移民实行后期扶持政策的必要性。在分析指出当前水库移民扶持政策存在的政策不完善、扶持标准低和监管体制不健全等问题的基础上,提出了完善水库移民后期扶持机制的对策建议。
The paper expounds the necessity of later - stage supporting system for reservoir resettlement so as to establish a harmonious society and achieve sustainable development in the resettlement region. Based on the analysis of the present problems such as faultiness in the existing supporting policies, the low standard of supporting system as well as unsound supervising system, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect later - stage supporting system such as raising supporting funds and normalizing management.
