摘要
本文介绍复杂刀具的计算机辅助设计(简称CAD)方法.从蜗轮滚刀的计算程序与绘图程序入手,模拟工程技术人员设计蜗轮滚刀的全过程.所用研究方法与研制的程序,可应用到其他的机械设计中.本程序较多地采用子程序结构以优化设计.在输入被加工零件的原始参数后程序自动检索出合适的刀具结构参数和几何角度,自动进行刀具齿形的优化设计,最后绘出刀具的工作图.
This paper introduces a method of CAD in complex cutter. It begin with thecomputering program and the mapping program and imitates all the process ofengineers'designing the hobbing cutter of worm gear. The studying method and programcan be applied in the other mechanical design. The program makes much use of subroutinestructure to optimize design. When the primitive parametes of the designed component areimported, the program automatically finds out the structure parameted and geometric angles of the cutter, automatically makes the optimal design of the gear farm of the cutterand at last drafts the working map of the cutter.
