摘要
以静态标定理论为基础,对原航空工业部线性压力传感器静态检定标准存在的问题进行了研究,并提出一种线性压力传感器全自动静态标定方法.该方法能减少过去对压力标准源精度的依赖及检定循环次数,提高标定工作效率,降低标定设备的成本。
To improve the current method of static calibration for linear pressure transducers, this paper puts forward a new method. It can realize the automatic static calibration of linear pressure transducers on the basis of modern error theory, by analysing the problems in standards issued by the Aviation Industry Ministrys concerning the linear pressure transducer calibration. Using this method, we can attach less importance on the precision of the pressure standard source, and cut down the number of cycles of needed calibration, so that the efficiency of calibration can be greatly increased and the cost of the equipment reduced, and the disadvantages in the current standard remedied.
