摘要
目的对鳞毛蕨属植物浅裂鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris sublaetaChing et Hsu.)地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果浅裂鳞毛蕨地上部分用体积分数为70%丙酮提取液乙醚萃取部位分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为:(2S)5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基二氢黄酮(去甲氧基荚果蕨素)(Ⅰ),(2S)5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基-4′-甲氧基二氢黄酮(荚果蕨素)(Ⅱ),(2S)5,7,2′-三羟基-6,8-二甲基-二氢黄酮(Ⅲ),(2S)5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基-6,8-二甲基二氢黄酮(Ⅳ),(2S)5-羟基-4′-甲氧基-6,8-二甲基二氢黄酮-7-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论上述5个二氢黄酮类化合物均为首次从浅裂鳞毛蕨地上部分中分离得到。
OBJECTIVVE To study the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Dryopteris sublcteta Ching et Hsu. METHODS The column of silica gel was employed for the isolation and purification of the compounds from Dryopteris sublaeta Ching et Hsu. The structures of the compounds are identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Five compounds are isolated from the ether fraction of 70% acetone-extracts, and their structures were identified as (2S) 5,7-dihydroxy-6, 8-dimethyl flavanone (desmethoxymatteucinol) ( Ⅰ), (2 S) 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyl -6,8- dimcthyl flavanone (mattemcinol) ( Ⅱ ), (2 S ) 5,7,2'-trihydmxy-6, 8-dimethyl flavanone ( Ⅲ ), (2S) 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6, 8-dimethyl-3'-methoxyl flavanone ( Ⅳ ), (2S) 5-hydroxy-6, 8-dimethyl-4'-mcthoxyl-7- O-β-D-glucosyl flavanone (Ⅴ ). CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from the aerial part of this plant for the first time.
