摘要
毛白杨种内变异类型是丰富的。按照雌株花序中小花的特征可分为五种类型,不同的类型对杂交结籽量有显著影响;不同撒粉量的父本对结籽量没有显著影响。但各组合普遍结籽量较低,反映出有性生殖能力不高。比较而言,产于河南的两种类型的雌株结籽能力最高。试验结果表明,毛白杨种内杂交意义不大。
The possibility of the cross taking of P.tomentosa as parent was studied.There are various categories in the species of P.tomentosa.According to the characteristics of the female flower,it can be devided into 5 categories.These different categories of female parent bear different quantities of seed.But the male parent with different pollen quantities does not influence the bearing quentity of seed.In general,every crossing combination that was made bare few seeds.This shows the reproductive capacity to be lower in the species of P.tomentosa.Compared with different single tree,the two kinds of female categories derived from Henan province bear the most seeds.Based on these results,it is concluded that intraspecific crossing in P.tomentosa is not important for practice.
