摘要
在Ｇａ的Ｋ吸收限附近，测定了ＧａＡｓ（２００）对称Ｌａｕｅ情况的衍射波和透射波的摇摆曲线。
The diffracted and transmitted rocking curves for GaAs(200)in the symmetric Laue case have been measured near the Ga K absorption edge.The quantitative comparison between the measured transmitted rocking curves and the corresponding calculated ones based on the dynamical theory of X ray diffraction has been carried out.
